We, at LATCO INTERNATIONAL, take on the challenge of providing high quality organic and natural products while protecting the environment and fighting poverty in the communities where we participate.
VISION STATEMENT
To develop strong supply chains that include small producers in Bolivia and clients abroad. To establish long-term relationships that allow us to create a stable environment for the sustained growth of our company.
MANAGEMENT
The Company was founded by Ray Ramiro Clavel. He has a Masters Degree in Management, International Business from Florida International University (FIU) and a Masters in Information Resource Management from The George Washington University (GWU). Before establishing Latco International, in his native Bolivia, Mr. Clavel had ten (10) years working experience in USA for the IT industry and four (4) years of experience in Management Consulting at Coopers & Lybrand in Tokyo Japan.

We, LATCO International, are a company committed to the production and export of organic and natural products of the highest quality.

Promote a culture of transparency and open communication at all levels of the organization, as well as with our suppliers, customers and stakeholders.
Ensure the competence of our staff related to food quality and safety.
Improve continuously the Quality and Food Safety Management System.
Foster a positive quality and food safety culture within the organization.
Implement a system for product loss management in the organization. A system to measure, monitor and reduce losses in all processes, from collection to shipment.

SESAME PRODUCTION AND ITS SOCIAL IMPACT
The rapid growth of exports at LATCO INTERNATIONAL S.A has also spurred the rapid growth of sesame production with our small farm suppliers in Bolivia. The company's growth and ability to meet the growing demand from itscustomers, has a direct social impact. Moreover, it places us in a better position to effect our supply chain. Our aim is to help small sustainable famers to become truly self-sustained, reducing poverty and improving livelihood.
ORGANIC AND FAIR TRADE
LATCO INTERNATIONAL S.A. promotes organic sesame production in impoverished communities. We are strongly committed to helping small producers to overcome the barriers of poverty and improving living conditions in the communities in which we participate. We have the following organic certifications: JAS, NOP, EU, BIOSUISSE, FAIRTRADE; for our products, Sesame, Chia and Beans. these are for three of the largest markets in the world: Japan, USA and Europe respectively.
